!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

A question for the Admins (or anyone else in the know); an online purveyor of automotive restoration tools and supplies has recently begun opening retail shops. I attended a recent "Grand Opening", and was showing the manager there some of my powder coating work, and he's asked me to be a "guest lecturer" at some classes next weekend. For money.

My question then, is this? Am I allowed to promote this here on Oppo (e.g., name the time, place, cost, etc)? Many car forums frown upon members offering services for $$ (unless they become paid "site sponsors"), or otherwise plugging retail businesses too directly, so I thought it better to ask first...

So yeah, I'll be doing that, at a place (near Chicago...) thanks!
